The Christmas fun has begun! The girls were so excited to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa Berven's house. Santa spoiled the girls again this year. They both received a set of skis, new ski outfits, and tons more of fun stuff. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for having us. We all had a wonderful Merry Christmas!

Temple Square
Last Saturday was so warm, so the Schreiner's and us decided to go to Temple Square. The kids had fun playing in the fountain and looking at all of the lights. When we finally parked and started walking, of course, Megan started complaining. Yes, she complained the whole time we were walking around. But once we got back to the car she said, "Mom, thanks for bringing us to look at the light. I had fun!" That's why we love her!

Fire Station
After Festival of Trees, we went to see Uncle Jared at the fire station. He was so nice to take us for a ride in the fire truck. That was so awesome! Then the kids went and played racquetball. How many fire stations do you know that have a racquetball court. I'm guessing not many! Then Jared helped the kids go down the fire pole. Alyssa was the only one daring enough to do it on her own! Thanks Jared for letting us come and visit you! We had a great time!
Festival of Trees
Festival of Trees!
Aimee and I decided to take our kids down to the Festival of Trees. Yes, it was a Friday night, but the kids seemed to do pretty good. Of course Megan was complaining the first five minutes into it, but that is Megan! We had to stop for a treat half way through, but what is better than scones of cinnamon rolls! Some of my favorite trees were: the one dressed up like a snowman, the Hot Dog on a Stick (this one made me laugh), the sock monkey tree, the one that had a whole bunch of little shoes (this one's for my mom), and last but not least the Coke Cola Tree (that's for me!). We had a great time! Thanks Schreiner's for going with us!
